Party Policies

General/Room

  1. Up to 20 guests allowed in party room.  Parties with more than 20 guests anticipated should book a second party package.
  2. No guests will be admitted to the party room or pool until the party host has arrived.
  3. You are guaranteed access to your party room during your 3 hour party rental only.  If the room is ready/available, you may be allowed to enter the party room up to 15 minutes before the start of your reservation.  Party rooms will be locked at the end of your rental time.
  4. Additional party room time may be reserved at the time of your party reservation for a rate of $30/hour.
  5. Parties cancelled at least 2 weeks before the party date will receive a 50% refund.  Parties cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to a party date will not be refunded.  Parties may be rescheduled at no cost and pending availability. 
  6. Full payment is due at the time of your reservation.
  7. No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed in the party rooms.  There will be a room cleaning fee of $50 added to the reservation of any parties that have these items in the party room.
  8. Parties must be paid for with a credit card and the card will be kept on file for up to 24 hours after the party date before being destroyed.

Food

  1. We offer several food package options as well as a variety of candy/concessions at the front desk. 
  2. Food will be delivered to your party room at a predesignated time as indicated on your party confirmation.
  3. Cake/cupcakes are allowed in the party room at no additional cost.
  4. Guests planning on bringing in outside food/beverages will pay a $25 cleaning fee.
  5. There is no cleaning fee on reservations that include a food package.
  6. We do not provide cold food storage of any kind.
  7. All food must be kept in the party room with the exception of concession items purchased at the Front Desk

Pool/Swimming

  1. 10 swimmer wristbands are included in each party package.  Additional wristbands may be purchased at the time of the party reservation. 
  2. Swimmers may be added to a completed party reservation pending availability, and must be added at least 24 hours before your party start time. 
  3. All party swimmers must have a party wristband and must adhere to the party swim time.  Party guests who are members (or those wanting to purchase a day pass) may use the pool outside of the party swim time only if they sign in at the front desk and receive a regular swim wristband. 
  4. Any additional swimmers not on the party reservation, or those wanting to swim for additional time, are subject to current day pass rates and pool waitlists when the pool has reached capacity. We cannot guarantee space in the pool for any guests not prepaid as indicated on your party reservation.
  5. All party guests must follow posted pool rules and follow lifeguard/staff instructions.  No minors are allowed in the hot tub or sauna.
  6. Party guests who remain in the pool past your designated party swim time will incur an additional fee which will be charged to the card on file.  It is your responsibility ensure your guests have left the pool area and removed their belongings from the party room at the end of your reservation.
